EVENT & KITCHEN STAFF RATES:

Event Waitstaff *$35/hour each, 4-hr minimum, plus 20% hourly rate  gratuity

Grill/Kitchen Staff *$45/hour each, 4-hour minimum, plus 20% hourly rate gratuity

Holiday Event Staff *$60/hour, 4-hr minimum, plus 20% hourly rate gratuity

Large Event Kitchen Expeditor (mandatory for >75 guests) *$60/hour, 4-hr minimum, plus 20% hourly rate gratuity

Terrie: Personal Chef *$80/hour, 4-hr minimum, plus 20% hourly rate gratuity

 

*All event staff must be paid directly from client to staff on the day of the event via cash, check, or venmo. (Corporate clients exempt from paying separately)

 

*AFTER 12AM, ALL STAFF RATES INCREASE TO $1.5X HOURLY RATE

 

FOOD DELIVERY & CATERING SUPPLIES PICK UP:

  • Price is based upon miles, travel time, set-up time, loading & unloading time
  • Delivery and pick up staff must be paid directly from client to staff on the day of the event via cash, check, or venmo. (Corporate clients exempt from paying separately)

 

TENT RENTAL:

CATERING SUPPLIES AND SERVICES: Additional Terms and Conditions

  • All china plates, glassware and utensils that are delivered to an event must return to our commercial kitchen washed; we will sanitize. All unwashed/dirty china and glassware will be subject to a $25/hour washing fee.
  • ·Please do not leave equipment outdoors overnight; dirty equipment will be subject to a $25/ hour washing fee.
  • ·Pick up of catering supplies price is based upon miles, travel time and time spent loading vehicle.
  • Breakage and/or damage is subject to item replacement cost plus a 10% restocking fee.
  • Set-up and breakdown of rented chairs and tables is not included.
  • Each event is a minimum charge of 25 guests. Some exclusions apply and need to be approved.
  • All estimates that contain seafood dishes are based upon current market price and subject to change.
  • Any decrease in guest count and/or changes to menu items are subject to recalculation of price per person.

 

THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK AN EVENT/SAVE THE DATE:

1. Fill Out the Catering Inquiry Form on our Website cateringbyterrie.com

2. Acceptance and Signature of the Catering Estimate

3. Signed Catering Rentals & Services Contract

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Event cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event are subject to a non-refundable 25% penalty.
  • Event cancellations made within 15-29 days prior to the event are subject to a non-refundable 50% penalty.
  • Event cancellations made within 14 days of the event are subject to 100% non-refundable penalty.
  • Special event catering (large events>75 guests and/or weddings will have a separate cancellation policy outlined on estimate)


PRIVATE EVENT PAYMENT INFO:

Final payment is to be paid via cash or check only, payable to Catering by Terrie, on the date of event.

 

All delivery and event staff must be paid directly from client to event staff upon conclusion of the event (cash, check, or venmo)

 

CORPORATE EVENT PAYMENT INFO:

Payment via corporate check is preferred.

 

If payment is made via corporate credit card, fees will be applied to the invoice at a standard rate of 3.5%.
